I want to raise CBS, Help Me To. Please

I have a mated pair of CBS. I had watched them at my LFS for ever (Months) and they were always together and many times the female was loaded with eggs. When I bought them three or so months ago, she was loaded with eggs. I put them in my coral prop tank (40g breeder) and while they are doing great, they are not producing eggs. Is this normal for them to take a break after a move? What can I do to make them produce eggs.
The latest (Oct/Nov 2007) issue of Coral Magazine has a great article on raising shrimp.
Please help me understand what I would need to do to make my CBS breed again. Also, I have five peppermints (2 in one tank and 3 in another). I would like to try my hand at breeding them as well.
So experts, please line up to help me out.
