I also had a Harlequin Tusk and Yellow Longnose that were tankmates with no problems. The Longnose was one of the first fish to come to the surface when it was feeding time.
I'm on my 2nd Tusk, and neither have been agressive.

One more thought on the tusk: if you can, get an Aussie. They are much prettier (IMO) than the Indian Ocean variety. The Australian Tusks have a lot more blue in their rear half and have the red (and often blue) tail markings. My avatar is an Australian tusk. I've also read they are hardier. They are also more expensive, but this is a pricey fish anyhow.

IMO, $75 is a good price for ANY harlequin. I buy almost all my livestock online. I like the service, quality, guarantee..and I'm quite a way from any good lfs. I can never remember seeing an Aussie for much under $100. Real small ones are almost impossible to find and it is tough to find any of them once the summer is over.

I dont care how un agressive a tusk is you throw another wrasse in the mix and their agressiveness changes wrasses wont share their territory with other wrasses.
and sombody said their harlequin beat up a trigger they dont like triggers due to how closely related triggers are to wrasses(weird i know but true all the same)
wrasse and trigger can be done
wrasse and wrasse WILL end up as wrasse
they may be fine for a while (doubtfull) but their will be an eventual territorial show down and one will die.

take the butterflies out of there...
butterflies aren't the easiest fish to care for and in that kind of tank I just don't see much success for them.
and a harlequin is not a very aggressive wrasse at all... it's only aggressive if you stick it with coral and inverts. :p
porc puffer, purple tang, niger trigger? :) SFE, and a zebra haha :D
damsels are good choices too (but eventually will become fish food)
moroons are another good choice
