I was inspecting my live rock today

And i found a bunch of little white bugs kind of like little white ants going around and some kind of little wormy things that look like caterpillars. Are these bad for my tank?

No,as a matter of fack they are a sign that your tank is doing quite well. These are most likly copapods and other forms of small plankton type creatures.
