i was just looking at something on my liverock

and i saw like these white string things..they were moving....i turn the light on and the tentacle things went somewhere???????????/what could it be????????/

i have a 44 gal tank 6 fish and 7 pounds of live rock i am only putting about 10 fish how much LV do i need?

i would think you want quite a bit more live rock then that like 40+ pounds of cured live rock

you shouldent have to re cure it... but if you feel like you need to go ahead it doesnt hurt to do so just dont put in un-cured rock or else you will have another cycle and that isnt all that pretty if you have living things in there

if i buy cured LR and it takes 5 days to ship whould i have to cure it when it comes or can i just put it in my tank with my fish in it?

I don't care if it only takes 2 days to ship, and it has been previously cured... You still need to cure it!! The fact that it's been already cured means that it will cure (again) for you in 2 to 3 weeks instead of 6.

why would it take 5 days buy it here and it is over night then you dont have to worry about re-cureing it
5 days seems a little long might wanna put it in a re-curing tank and see if it starts to cycle if not putter in but wait a week
