You have 3 triggers and a maroon clown in a 30 gallon tank? Your tank is way too small for those fish. Certain triggers can do ok in a 50 gallon and some need large 200-300 gallons tanks. Success in your tank will be measured in months not years. Sorry to be harsh but those fish are not good choices for a small tank.

Wow, You Guys Are Really Rough! Try A Little Kindness.
However You Are Right-either Move Up, Find A New Home Or In Short Order You Will Have An Empty Tank As Everyone Will Die Of Stress/space Deprivation.
Why Do You Particularly Want Aggressive Fish Anyway?

omg lmao dude that is definantely way too small. i can't believe you thought they would be okay. you can't even house 1 much less 3.

sorry, didn't mean to be rough. a bit of advice for you is that any reputable fish store will take back a fish if you speak to the manager and tell them you were told wrong by an employee. you could take back your aggressive's and look into reefkeeping. it's different, but would get you ready to easily do a much larger aggressive tank. read into some of the other aggressive threads here as quickly as possible and you'll see that some people are reprimanded for 55gal aggressive.

Yeah, in nicer language, I would say that the three triggers should never be housed in a 30 gallon tank to begin with because it is an improper aquarium for them to live and grow. They may be living now, but they will not be for much longer.
A 30 gallon really is not the proper tank for aggressive fish. A 30 gallon is more of a reef tank because aggressive fish need huge tanks, as they grow huge. This is one reason why they are able to remain "aggressive" fish. If they did not get big, no one would consider them aggressive because they could be easily bullied by many more bigger things.
