Well I had a problem with them!!
When I moved and changed all my info, I couldn't change it in my account. It said to change addy we need to call you, to change phone #'s we need to email you. But ALL that had changed!
So I called them and they fixed it and it took...ohhh... about a minute. So I am still a fan, lol
I had the same issue, but the account was in my ex-wife's name. I lost the password (luckily she didn't have it either), and because it had all my bank account info on it I couldn't add that data to a new account I setup. Talked to the ex, and she agreed to call in, go through their verification process, and have all the bank/cc info removed. I was then able to add my stuff to the new account and moved on. All in all, I'm not against their security policies... while it's a pain to deal with stuff like that, I'd rather they have strict policies than allow just anyone to access an account with my bank/cc info on it.
