Ice cap 660 problems

I am setting up my new Ice cap 660. I got it all mounted into the hood and all wired. I plugged it in and the lights went right on, and then went off. I unplugged the ballast a few times and the same thing happened. I checked the connections on the plug and they are fine. I looked at the wiring a few times and it is also coorect. I looked at the fuse and it is now blown. Can anyone tell me what is wrong, Please help, thanks ricky

I had the same problem with my ice cap 660. I can't really remember what the problem was but I think I had it wired for 4 bulbs and was only using 3 at the time. I'm not realy sure though. I would check the wiring one more time, I think that is the problem.
