Icecap 660 ready to ship!

Next on the chopping block is an Icecap 660. I still have the original packaging and literature. This ballast can support up to 4 VHO bulbs at the same time. I am also including the wiring harness, 4 splashproof german endcaps, and 2 URI 10,000K bulbs. The bulbs will be for local pickup/delivery only.
150 will take the whole sha-bang.
if you want just the ballast / harness / endcaps I will take 130. I will provide the packaging but you pay for shipping...
If someone local wants the bulbs only I will take 20 for the pair - They have about 8 months left in them....

Is the Icecap under warrenty still. I only ask because Icecaps have a bad habit of shorting out and blowing fuses after they are broke down and set back after they have been setup for a while.
