Installed new ballast........ everything works perfectly! It was a faulty ballast all along. Nice to see a company stand behind a product these days. On that note, I have a tunze 6025 that was making noise...contacted them...they said send it in we will look at it....(again,they did not ask for a reciept/proof of purchase BS) Got it back yesterday...brand new replacement no questions asked.
Had the same experience with an Icecap 660...They stand behind their products and are allways there to help us reefheads.
