Also when it comes on do the lights light up for a second? If so do all the lights light up or just certain ones?

ok i finnally got it...woohooo!!!!i wound up rewiring it all last night an still dident work..so i gave up went to bed ..today i called icecap they told me to get a ohm tester to see exactly which wires were causing the problem..worked like a charm .turned out the blue wire were pushed in too far an the plastic of the wire was touching the conducter not the metal..I thank you all so much for your help .Dont know what id do with out this board such a help..thanks again.especially shane....
