IceCap 660's

Hi there,
I'm thinking about getting (2) IceCap 660 Ballasts to put in a canopy over an 84g that I will be getting soon. As far as I've read about these ballasts you cannot exceed 440w of lighting per ballast, and you can use PC, T5HO, and VHO lamps. But, my real question was, what combination should I do? I plan on keeping anything really...please name the brands of the bulbs too, thanks.

go for t5s. ati blue plus along with a uri 75-25 or ge 6500, and maybe a uri super actinic(or 2). i am assuming the tank is 4 foot so each ballast could run 4 bulbs. you could put 2 blue plus with 2 super actinic(or equivelent) for the dusk dawn cycle and the rest come on 30-60 minutes after and shut off 30-60 minutes before.
