Does anyone know how to get in touch with this company?I sent my ballast to the over 2 wks ago and have not heard anything from them,any help would be great.

IceCap Service Department hours are from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Warranty repairs will be performed free of charge. Non-warranty repairs will be performed at a cost of $65.00. All repairs will be shipped back (free of charge) via UPS Ground. Also, UPS Overnight and 2nd Day Service is available; for rates, call (800) 742-3227 ext. 25.
That is direct from there site. I have had ballast repaired/upgraded by them several times and had no problems. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. Give them a call and I am sure they can tell you whats up.

Thanks for the info.I e-mailed them maybe they will let me know something it has been there for about 2.5 weeks.
