i am prepairing to buy some turbo snails and a couple of emerald crabs from my LFS, and recently i have noticed 1 tank that has and ich problem. and the emerald crabs are in the tank that has the ich problem, would it not be a good idea to buy the crabs since they r in the tank with the ich.

I wouldnt because the crabs cant be infected with the ich but they can bring it into your tank.

Absolutely,Also depending on the size of your LFS...ALL the tanks might share the same filtration system. I.E all tanks have ICH.
Time 2 find another LFS.

i see this a lot at my lfs and now i go to another place for my fish... the only problem is the new place is like 2 times the price, but its worth it to avoid the ich

Tim, I think you already know the answer to your question. If you have access to another LFS..you might be better off trying that one. If not and you really want to get a few inverts from THAT store...you should probably QT em just to be on the safe side. 3-4 weeks would be great. ***)
