Ich at ***** (not a rant)

The ***** by my house now has a nice reef set up. It has a 55 with lots of LR 2 110w VHO and a nice refugium. Its good to see that they are trying to keep things alive now. Any ways, this tank has nothing but corals in it, and a few fish. I was looking at the corals when i noticed the regal tang in the tank was scratching alot. I inspected him and he did have signs of ICH. Now if i buy a coral from this tank, do I risk adding ich to the tank? I havent bought one yet, and dont really want to (GSP 60 bucks!!!) just wondering if i should tell someone of there little problem. Thanx

thanks. Thats what i thought, since the corals came form the same water and when i take them out, the same water that had the parasite would have the ich on them. Can corals get ich?

No they can't get ich but yes if the water from that tank gets in yours you could see it even though its a negligable amount of water.
