A pair of cleaner skunk shrimps and a UV sterilizer pump, helped fix my problem.

the white grains of salt (ick) have fallen off my question is there appear to be white spots were the salt grains were. when ick falls off soes it leave any type of soar on the fish?

I used 6 cleaners and fed 2x's a day with selcon. All were better with in 2 weeks. No more issues.

Yes, often times there are blemishes left where the parasite was attached.
