I followed Beths Hypo directions "to the letter" and after several days, the Ick starting coming off of all of my fish. Remove your live rock, check your PH and add buffer when needed, and don't overfeed since you are removing a lot of your bacteria colony that is on the live rock. Check your water every day, and make sure to get a good Refractometer to check your sg. DON'T use one of those swing arm things. They are worthless.
Your fish will make it through fine, as long as you follow her directions.

Unfortunately live rock is not the only issue. I also have live sand and had no intention of trying to remove the sand also.
The tank they currently inhabit also has a HOB filter being used along with the live rock and a powerhead.
I might just move all the fish into a empty 20 gal tank,raise the salinity back to 1.24 in the DT and use copper in the QT tank.
I truly don't know which direction to go,but if stress can cause Ich on fish I should be covered in it
