I have a hippo tang and a flame angel in a 75 gal tank. The hippo had ich then the flame seemed to get it. I have two cleaner shrimp. The fish don't apear to have spots anymore am I safe or will it come back. Watter parms are fine.

Ich is a parapsite with a particular life cycle. I doubt unless you medicated that the ich is gone just yet.
Get some garlic at the local GNC and soak yoru fish food in it. this will cause the ich to fall off the fish.
Interrupt the life cycle using kick-ich
The combination of the these two methods is the best and safest way to end the ich cycle.

no matter what you will always have some form of ich in your tank, beleive it or not. It can lie dormant at the bottom of the tank for awhile, it is when your fish become stressed and succeptible to parasite infection that it appears, but it will always be in your tank. At least this is my understanding of this little pain in the arse. Anywho, just monitor your fish and feed them, and keep them happy and healthy and you should rarely encounter this problem!
good luck

What else do you have in your tank? I wouldn't use kick-ich or any other med. Use hypo in a QT the parasites will live in the sand for a while and any fish in the tank will become the new host for it. QT all your fish and leave your tank without a host for 3 weeks that will rid you of the ich problem otherwise youre taking a chance at cycling the ich from fish to fish and also if you have inverts the kick-ich is not good for them. ---- Bill
