Ich Ich Ich

what is ich, it seems some people say is a parisite and other suggest that can be caused through stress.
i will be getting a 75 gallon tank next week, hoping to eventually have a FuManCh, SFE, some anthias and a Blue tang.
i have heard that blue tangs are renowned for ich. if i quarentine all my fish for 30 days wat are the chances of him coming down with ich when in the main tank.

There is a general misunderstanding of ich among many LFS owners. Freshwater ich is often in aquaria and tends to only come out when fish are under stress. Saltwater ich is caused by a specific parasite, cryptocaryon irritans.
If you quarantine saltwater fish as you describe. the chances of getting ich should be close to 0.
