Ich in QT

I have two fish in QT. A Sailfin tang and a six-line wrasse. Both are eating well. They've been in QT for 12 days. My sailfin has ich. My six-line doesn't. Should I keep both in QT and treat them or move the six-line to my display?

You have to assume that both fish have been infected. You should treat them both. Tangs are ich "magnets" and will always seem to have a much worse case. However, if you do not treat the six-line at the same time, you risk reinfecting the sailfin when you reintroduce them into your display.
