Have you tried the coke bottle trap? This is an easy to make, reasonably effective trap which I imagine should work well for a fish like a royal gramma. Bait it with some sort of meaty food.
Unfortunately, if the royal gramma has ich you have to assume all your fish have ich. You may have to dismantle your live rock, etc, to be able to catch and treat all of your fish. That's what I had to do when I dealt with ich. It was quicker to just do it than to agonize about having to do it and trying to catch wary fish with a net.

Thanks I guess I will dismantle the tank . The only thing i can think that started all this was a couple of corals i bought .Fish have been in tank for a long time , with no problem and i'm always watching for weird stuff to happen or not .

There have been several threads recently about ich being imported on corals. I have recently decided to start to quarantine ALL my new arrivals.
Good Luck rearranging your tank. You'll probably find you can make a few beneficial changes now that you have experience with what works in your tank.
BTW, Welcome to the Boards!

Definitely. The live rock and inverts will survive for a month under such conditions. It will also be safer for your fish.
If you are leaving some substrate in the tank then hyposalinity is the preferred treatment. All substrate has to be removed and then multiple large water changes would be necessary if you are planning on using copper.

Had you started treatment yet? The advice I gave assumed you were comfortable with your diagnosis of ich. There are other possibilities (such as salt grains stuck in the slime layer from trauma, a new powerhead blowing sand around). Had anything else changed in your tank?
I would watch the fish. If it is ich the spots will often seem to improve as the trophonts mature and fall off the fish. These will reproduce in your substrate and the spots will come back within a month (often worse then before). If the fish is otherwise healthy you can watch them for now. Try to give a high quality, varied diet with some foods soaked in garlic to maximize your fish health in the meanwhile to make any treatment in the future safer.
