Ich???

I got a yellow tang from my lfs. They had it for about a month and looked good when i got it. Now it has ich really bad. It is eating like a pig and is active. What is the best way to treat it. Do a copper treatment in a med. tank or leave it and lower the salinity?

I just got done with dealing with ich. I used an organic treatment that won't kill invertebrates, reef, or live rock. It took care of all the ich on my fish.

I have triedd that before with other fish and it didnt do anything. My lsf said to try the copper but i am worried it might stress it out moving to from tank to tank if it might not be needed.

From what I have read, move the fish to a hospital tank and do copper treatments in your hospital tank. Copper will kill everything that is not a fish.
