Salt phish...I have to agree with Sep and Beth on this. The product is made up of three napthoquinones. It does not identify which ones and there are hundreds of them. Depending on the chemical structure it has been used for all kinds of things from hair dyes to insectidices for crops. They may be 'organic' but that does not mean they are proven to be without some risk.
While it may do no harm to your DT I have to say I would not use it in mine.
You may see relief from the Ich outbreak you are experiencing but IMHO it is unlikely that it will eliminate the parasite. Obviously we can all treat our tanks
as we wish. But since you asked for advice with your posting, mine would be to read Beth's thread on treatments that have the best chance to eliminate the parasite....Good luck in whatever you choose to do.
