I do QT my fish. Here is my problem: I have had my fish for about 1 month no problems. Then I buy some LR and 1 Cleaner Shrimp
and now my fish are showing signs of Cryptocaryon (ICK). Now
my fish are back into QT.

XxV: If you can't address people in a respectful helpful manner, then refrain from addressing them at all.
I'd suggest you reconsider your approach on this BB.
Ocean: In situations where LR have been exposed to fish with ICH, then the LR can certainly "bring" the ich in to your display tank, thus infecting fish. However, as most sellers of LR house thier rock in deadicated sytems, it is less likely to happen. This would also include situations where live rock tanks share filtration with fish tanks.
Sounds like your situation.
