Min 3 wks from the time that you last saw the ich visible on the fish.
I agree about the UV although many make compelling arguements that it does not work. Ultimately it is not going to cure an outbreak of ich, in my opinion. If a few parasites makes its way into a UV sterilized display, it will likely handle them.
My point is just that why go thru all this when you can QT? A UV is not going to touch most fish diseases, even if you do feel like they are effective with ich.
Anyway.....just for discusssion sake.

Terry, we don't disagress about the hypo timeframe. I give that advise to hobbyists to factor in margin for error. Seen people come back and complain that hypo didn't work, etc. I'd rather give the fish a couple of more days in hypo and it work, then have hobbyists post here to the world that hypo does not work.

The fish are in the display tank and the LR are in the Q tanks. How long for the fish that are in the display before I can return the rock? Terry? Beth? Thanks as always.
