Ick or Lymphocycis??

What is the difference between lymphocycis and ich? I can't tell which one my fish has.

Ich is spots on the fish, while lymph is cottony growths at the end of the fish's fins.

Is it possible for a fish to have both at the same time?

Yep, definitely. Ich is a parasite, whereas lymph is not. Lymph is caused from stress.

my blue hippo looks like it has ick. Recently my heniouchus developed spots on it's side & back fins. Looks just like the pic they posted here. How do you get rid of lymph?

Lymph is cured from ideal and stable water quality, as well as a nutritious and varied diet.
Ich can be cured with the use of hyposalinity.

I can't hypo cause I have tons of cleaner crabs, 2 stars, shrimp etc... Also have LR

Yes, but you can hypo the fish in a quarantine tank while the display tank runs fishless for 6 weeks. A qurantine tank only costs $50 to set-up.
