THe only treatment that RIDS ich from fish is hyposalinity.
I have used Stop Parasite with live rock/inverts in the aquarium, and it has done no harm. I have had 100% success with Stop Parasite. Be warned though, it does not work for everyone and there is no guarantee it will work.
Overall, hyposalinity is the way to treat ich.

Thanks,
In the past I have treated with hyposalinity, unfortunately I am leaving town tommorow and do not trust someone else to perform hypo on my aquarium... Lion Crazz do you know if Stop Parasite is available at any retail pet stores, or is only available online?

I could not find it at my lfs. I have to tell you also, it did not work for me and I lost a flame angel and a chromis (neither one had ich). Alot of my coralline also turned white. Alot of people have had success with it though. Lion is very respected on these boards and if it worked for him it is worth a try. Just monitor you water closely.

Yes, this is vital with using the product. You need to test alk and pH while you are using it, or else you might as well not use it.
You should be able to find it in some pet stores.
How bad is the ich? Are the fish eating aggressively still?

It is mostly on the fins of the my porcupine puffer with some on his eyes. My clown trigger has a few white specks on him. The fish are still aggressively eating but the Porc Puffer is acting a little more lethargic lately. WHat I am most concerned with is the aggression my clown trigger displays towards the puffer all of a sudden. I noticed my nitrates were 60-80 so I did 15% water change... For now I am not going to treat the fish rahter feed with vitamins and a diverse diet. If it gets worse I will treat but it has not worsened in three days... I ran to my LFS but they did not have stop parasite, instead they sold me Kent Rx P and Kent Poly Ox. Any opinion on this product?

Well, if they are still eating aggressively, you do not have anything to worry about immediately. You need to get those nitrates down though. A smaller water change will not do much for you. You need to do a series of larger water changes (30% every 3 to 4 days to get them down).
I would also be sure to use garlic and vitamins in all of the fish's food.
Kent RxP is not safe withlionfish, scorpionfish, many inverts, and I am not sure if it is totally safe with live rock either.
