Hi You can get ridd of (ich) with cleaner shrimp they will clean ich off of your fish very quickly and safely a lot safer than most MED'S with out killing off all your (invertabrates) like most MEDS will do and they will clean / eat all kinds of other disease off your fish and corel also!!! My cleaner shrimp have helped me out a time or two with this on my clown fish the fish love to be cleaned by a cleaner shrimp all kinds of fish that is' not just clown fish after the shrimp have binn in your tank for a day some times just a few hours of being interduced to the tank the cleaner shrimp will start to clean a way aspesholly at night the fish practicly wate in line to be cleaned...

I agree you can help prevent Ich with a cleaner shrimp however, if Ich has "taken over" you should find other means to clear it up.
