As soon as your new tanks cycles you can transfer all your rock and inverts/corals to it and hypo the 55 with the fish in it. Look in disease form for hypo methods.
Hypo for six weeks and leave new tank fish less for same amount of time. Use cut up pieces of PVC to provide hiding spots for fish while in hypo. I would also dose copper for a few days at the end of the hypo treatment provided you do not intend to use the 55 for anything else afterwards.
Having tangs in cramped quarters is a source of stress for them but will not lead to the spontaneous generation of the parasite we call ick. It came in with the fish from the LFS or was already present in low population levels in your tank.
Leave 55 set up and cycle and use it to QT/treat all new fish going into your new tank to avoid this problem in the future.
