Other than Hyposalinity and copper, what medication can I at least try that would not harm inverts, live rock, and anemones? I only have on fish that developed just a few spots.
There is an infinity of crap when it comes to ich...IMO one more worthless than the next. Trust me, save yourself time, money and headache...I have been down that road...wanting to take the easy way out just makes it more difficult.
i have heard people have had good luck with ICH-ATTACK, just make sure you don't get the kordon RID ICK, can stain the silicone, and is definatley not invertabrae safe.

Agreed. There are two proven methods of treating ich; hyposalinity and copper. None of the so called reef safe cures work with enough consistancy to be called reliable, and for everyone who says one works, ten others will say it doesn't. I've tried most of them, and none have produced results. Dive in and treat your fish appropriately. No shortcuts. Just do it.
