Icky Ich. Coppersafe and Cupramine together..

Hello,
Unfortunately my introduction to this forum is in the Disease section... just my luck! Anyways, I will post a proper intro with pics and specs shortly.
However, I am a bit on the edge..

I began a copper treatment with COPPERSAFE, but to my surprise COPPERSAFE is not carried much anymore.. so, can I switch over to CUPRAMINE? The issue I have is that COPPERSAFE level is 1.5 to 2 mg/l and CUPRAMINE is .5 mg/l therefor I have absolutely no clue how to make the switch.. help please!!!

Cupramine is the best copper treatment, but it is not safe for the display tank---only in a hospital tank.
