ID, Aiptasia?

There are a few colonies of these sprouting up. They have a red/purple tube and sort of a green top. Aiptasia maybe?

Hard to tell from the pics. The ones I had never grew in colonies like that. One would pop here, then another one there. When you disturb it, does it withdraw/retract into the rock? If so, then it's probably aiptasia.

Ya, they sting quite well. But I've had these in my tank for quite some time and it's never grown in size for some reason. You look like you have a lot... too many for my licking.
