ID and tank question

I was hoping someone could ID the coral I just picked up the other night. It looks sort of like a zoo to me. Last night I was handling the rock it was on without gloves / eye protection (I know....newbie mistake). From my research / reading today, I see that zoos may or may not contain palytoxin. How much of a concern is this toxin? Is it something that you will have a reaction to immediately? I know the toxin is dependent on the specific species, but is size also a factor?

Finally, in the corner where the glass sides meet bubbles have formed in the silicon. Some feel that there is nothing to be worried about, but I wanted to gather some more opinions.
