Anything raw and seafood silversides, shrimp, clams etc... but if you have the right set up you dont really have to feed it anything. But they are cool to watch when they eat. Pieces no larger than their mouths.

Krill is fine...basically any meaty type marine stuff like chopped silverside, mysis, frozen...a variety is best but mainly they should be fed strong lighting for the photosynthetic zooxanthellae to produce the proper nutriants that they really need...IME.

Buy some selcon or super selco and soak the food in it for added omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins. If your worried about lack of anything this can be used to aid in the health of your anem.

Its a product sold in a small bottle with an eye dropper in it. Basically its concentrated Omega 3 fatty acids and other essential vitamins to aid in the health of marine life. You can soak all your food in it if you want. And it smells really bad.
