ID floaties?

I was wondering if anyone could help figure out what these little floaties are? I can't tell if they are tiny bubbles or some kind of "floaties". I have a biocube 14 that is just a little over a month old. I'm not sure if it's part of the "start up process" or something that I need to take care of. Any help would be great! Thanks!
