ID good? or bad?

I picked up two pieces of live rock two days ago and noticed these this morning they are red in color and and are open in a fan shape when i they get touched they suck up real fast. there are a dozen on the rock so i would like to know if i should pull it before they spread if bad. thanks

looks like a fanworm. I have quite a few in my LR. they look kinda like feather dusters, but the crown is in the form of a fan versus a in a circle.

will they be a problem with zoos and shrooms? cause that rock is really close to my rics that i love.
