The red one in the second picture and the striped one at the bottom of the first are both mushrooms, just different types. As for your flower pot, it looks like it's on it's last legs, unfortunately.

This all came to me free from a 12 gallon nano tank that a friend took down so I doing what I can to bring things back to life.

This one is coming back to life from his pure white days at the LFS but he still has a long way to go to be happy again I think.

The stick looks like a dying carnation.
