ID Help?

Hello,
I recently set my tank up & am not sure what the following are:
Some kind of Polyps... I didn't notice them when I put the rock in but now they've started opening up:

Some kind of webbing. Any idea what could be causing this? Should I be concerned?

hmm, I've been thinking it was Aiptasia & was going to kalk it but now that it might be a polyp maybe I'll hold off until I see it form a little better. Thanks for the pics!
