I am still looking to find out what my other hitchicker is, it is to small to take a pic of it to post. It is on my cultred LR that i got from my lfs. It looks clear like selicone is and has tenticals with light blue dots on the end of each tentical. Anyone have any ideas on what it might be.

Sounds like a Hydroid, Head of some type of Bristleworm, or an small Anemone.
Can you describe the size better? 1mm? 5mm? 1cm?

It is about 2mm maybe 3mm, it looks cool and the way the water flows it makes the tenticals move around. Is this a good thing or a bad thing that need to be removed.

Pseudocorynactis, a Corallimorph, like a mushroom coral. Here is a quote from Wet Web Media.
"They’re neat little Corallimorphs in the genus Pseudocorynactis, commonly called Ball Anemones, or Ball Corallimorphs. They’re mostly nocturnal, extending their feeding tentacles at night to catch any zooplankton or pods that might happen by."

Just leave it be. You don't want it to get too big I think. Do some searching and see what it really will do and then decide if you even want to keep it. I just let mine be, by the way I have found a few more, and will see what happens.

I just noticed that on my rock yesterday. It looks almost identical to what is in the picture so I'll have to read up on it more.
Thanks for the quick ID
