ID help

I was staring at my tank again last night and I noticed something new once again. It is about the size of a “bb” and has a shiny smooth texture. It looks a little like an acorn. It has not moved since I first spotted it a few days ago. It looks more like an egg pouch than it does a creature. Can anyone ID with out a photo? If not I can try and get a picture but it may be a while as I only have a film camera.

It is very dark but shiny almost a metallic black color. I am not sure what bubble algae looks like. I guess I will do a search for that.

I looked up the bubble algae but only found one photo. It may be bubble but I am not sure. I will have to look at it more closely when I get home. It seemed to be more black than green. It also had thin silver lines similar to what I sketched. If it is bubble algae can I suck it up with a turkey baster or do I need to take the rock out to remove it?

After seeing some of the silver veins on that last photo, I think you all have solved another mystery for me. I thank you all again for your help and wisdom. Now the question comes of removing it or not. If I am recalling correctly it seems to be a nuisance, should I remove it? If so what is the best way to do it. It is still small and I only one bubble in two locations.
