I was cleaning my tank and noticed a hole in the rock that my polyp coral is on. inside the hole is a white tube looking thing that kinda looks like a feather duster but much smaller. I am trying to get a picture of it but it looks to blurry. Any ideas?

Sounds like a tube worm to me I would et that is what it is and it is a harmless filter feeder. HTH

I've got several tube worms/feather duster type critters in my tank. They look very much like you described, but most are less than 1/2" long, and very thin/narrow tubes. The tubes are always white (at least they are in my tank), and occasionally I'll see reddish/orange "heads", very similar to the head of a feather duster.
Does that sound like what you have?
