Ok, I couldnt get a clear pic so I apologize. I just put my new LR in my new 75G tank (Marshall Island). Its been cycling for about a week and I'm trying to see my first "critters". Well, last night I see this "wormy" thing starting to poke its way out of my rock.
It looked to be about 1/8" - 1/4" in diameter with no real features. It was sticking out a good 2inches. not really moving. I wasnt even sure if it was real until I poked it.
Its a muddy/brownish color and kind of looks like playdough being pushed out of a hole.
Any ideas without a pic??

ok, that was a good first try so i took a look aruond the site here and i dont think thats it! the bristle worms i saw have little legs or bristles it appears. the one i have doesnt have that and is completely round in shape - the bristle worms I saw in various posts looked a little flat? this guy's like a perfectly round shaped piece of grayish clay!
any others to look for?
