i got a couple of corals and got some hitch hickers a couple of copods mini stars and this thing that i dont know wat it is... its is like kind of green and it has a red dot and it is really small... could this be a flat worm

Kill it. I kill anything I am unsure of. Though this maybe unpopular with some people it can save you lots of trouble.
