ID needed- bubble tip?

This picture is not good, but I have something growing next to zoo colony, kind of looks like bubble tip, any suggestions?

Like the 'let me google that for you'. It could be majano, but it has been there for a while, not spreading or nuisance in any way, but I will keep watch.
