Id on a worm i think

There is a small hairy tenticle that keeps feeling around on my rock. I think its a worm but im not sure, if it is what eats um?

Sounds like any of a number of worms that can appear on quality LR...the vast majority are beneficial...si why try to get rid of them?
I believe diversity is vital for a reef system to thrive...the more micr fauna the better in my opinion.
