ID please baby snails?

Found a few of these in the tank are they baby snails or what? if they are a nuisance how do you get rid of them?

That's a BABY?? How big is that rock? How big are mom and dad?
My self I don't mind snails, I just saw a cool looking one that I did not even knew I had.

rock is as big as a human fist probbaly snail is pretty small i dont know if it is a snail though

Looks like Stomatella varia.

Good to have! They eat tons of algae.
I have tons of them in my tank.
