Um.....some hitchhiker I found in my LR... i tried to coax him out but i couldn't get the camera fast enough... it's definitely some sort of crab though... good or bad? :thinking: ? :notsure: ?

I just googled and this is what I found... but the picture doesn't look like what I have..
It could possibly be a gorilla crab. Does it have black claws? If the pinchers look sharp, not blunt, then it is most likely dangerous. If the claws are blunt, then it most likely eats algae.

Catch 'em with a cocktail shrimp in a drinking glass that is propped up against the rockwork.
He'll climb in, but won't be able to get out.
Then you can put him in your sump~
get him out of your display and put him in a sump or refuge. They are still kind of neat to have around. My refuge is a crab parking lot. Im not even sure what I have in there anymore. ..
