Id Please. Duster - Aiptasia - Robot?

This guy has been in my zoa colony for months. It hasn't gotten much bigger since I first noticed it.
It doesn't seem featherly enough to be a duster or tentacle-ly enough to be an aiptasia.
Whats weird is when it closes it's arms they don't withdraw in. They fold up like a tripod.

I'm not 100% sure its a duster. I have hundreds of little dusters everywhere already and not one looks like this.

Shouldn't a duster retract into its tube when it hides?
This closes its arms like if you brought your fingers and your thumb together.
