ID Please!! Good or Bad?

I just noticed these things today as I was cleaning my tank. They look like very little white worms. They're on the glass and rocks. Are they bad or good? First two pics are on the glass and the last one are attached on the LR.

Those are completely normal though I can't remember the name of them. They won't hurt anything.

neither good or bad. Its normal, just signs of a new tank. They will go away eventually

Thank you both. I was a little worried I thought I had some kind of bad worms that will take over my whole tank lol.
