ID please...tentacles?

Yellow tentacles coming from a hole in my LR...they sway in the current, and retract fast into the rock. When fully extended out the longest tentacle is about 3/4 of an inch. Thanks for looking...

Looks too small to be a spaghetti worm, but I guess it could be small. Is your rock pretty porous?

Yes all my rock is very porous..
This thing comes out a lot, the light doesn't seem to bother it either.

Also, this is on my "shelf" rock. Which was going to harbor my soon-to-be purchased coral. Is there anyway this thing is not reef safe.
 
Could be a miniature brittle star. They're generally white, but I have seen exceptions. Try and put some food near it's hole and see if it comes out.

Looks like a little spaghetti worm to me (harmless) I have tonnes of 'em in my tank.
