ID Please, White Balls on Live Rock

Not sure what these small round sponge balls are on my LiveRock. Any Suggestions? Are they Good or Bad?

I got them too, I assume they are just some type of sponge.

harmless filter feeding sponges, they dont like high light as it will hurt them from the UV, they also dotn like alage build up so keep them in high flow, and make sure they dotn get air bubbles stuck in them, they are just hich hickers and can adapt to about anythign though.

they are pineapple sponges it shows your tank is going in the right way
